  What we’re looking for
  • Several commercial producers to become preferred partners for our company.
  • Effective communicators that are highly organized and results-oriented.
  • Candidates with a proven track record of producing commercial and branded content.

  Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and provide suggestions on the budget and scope of a project during the proposal/bid phase
  • Work with the Executive Producer and Production company to align on the budget and scope of a given project
  • Oversee the entire production from the beginning of pre-production through wrap:

  1. Manage the hiring of all crew members for a project

  2. Oversee communication between all departments involved in a project

  3. Collaborate with the agency, production company, and director to creatively solve logistics-oriented problems as necessary

  4. Work with key crew to ensure the project stays on task to meet deadlines and budget constraints

  5. Oversee the set during production days

  6. Oversee all wrap activities

• Requirements

  1. Must possess an existing portfolio of work focused on commercials and branded content

  2. Work locally in New York City

  3. Has working knowledge of all legal requirements and best practices for producing a commercial shoot in the Tri-State area

• Ideal Candidate

  1. 3+ years experience as a freelance commercial producer (not an agency producer)

  2. Was formerly a freelance production manager and production coordinator

  3. Effective communicator, detail-oriented, a proven logistics problem solver, a collaborative team leader, laughs easily

  4. Has the ability to create budgets, as necessary

  5. Has a large network of key crew contacts
